Scope of the Information

The POLICY REGARDING PROTECTION OF MEDICAL DATA AND HANDLING OF WRITTEN INFORMATION applies to the processing of medical information by SZILA-DENT Fogászati Bt.

The requirement which applies to the foregoing information

Within the scope of the 2011 CXII. Act 20. § 1. point and the information contained within it, the information herein and the data management thereof is based on the Act and conforms to its requirements.

Purpose of the data management

Purpose of data management in connection with dental treatment:  application for dental treatment. The Processor stores the applicant’s contact information in order to exchange information related to dental treatment.

The user/applicant’s first name, surname, email address, date of contact, and topic of inquiry.

Length of time the data may be managed

Personal information provided for the purpose of requesting dental treatment will be managed by us with the permission of the individual until such time as said individual requests that the information be erased. Permission may be revoked and erasure of data requested at any time in writing, addressed to:  info@fogagybetegsegek.hun. (Exception:  accounting receipts and vouchers, whose data must be stored for 8 years in accordance with the accounting law 2000. C. 169. § paragraph (2).)

Rights and legal remedies of the affected individuals with regard to data management

The User may request amendment or correction of data at any time, by means of electronic letter sent to  kb info@fogagybetegsegek.hu.

Data management related to contact with the client may not be discontinued as long as the data management is mandated by legal provisions.

Recourse to legal remedy by public authority

Any affected individual who believes his or her private information has been managed illegally may apply to the applicable court of justice, the Metropolitan Court of Justice; or initiate an investigation by the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (President: dr. Data may only be made public with specific agreement and permission.
